Since I start my work as manager, I never anticipate that the work are this heavy. Leading a group of people for project based and reports to a manager is far different compare to leading a team of people doing project and reports to higher management. You need to manage your team, higher management, client, vendor, and collaborators and you need to plan many things related to this five groups of people.
Compare to lead a team which you reports only project related and only focus on your team, this really requires many other skills which I'm still developing it.
Really hope that Allah may guide my towards this so that I can be a good khalifah within my scope of work.
